5. "It's Going to Be Alright"

This blogging this is made much more difficult when documenting songs because you want people to hear the music--lyrics are what make the song, but we need the melodies!

This song is very simple.  The lyrics are basic.  The melodies are simple.

Sometimes our favorite songs correspond to memories.  This one played on repeat my senior year of college.  It was a good year, but there were lots of changes and a whole lot of difficult external things.  Our room was a filled with lots of hugs and tears that year--the death of a parent, the breakdown of a close relationship, the decisions to live and work elsewhere, the end of a beautiful four years.

This song reminds me of that time of life, and looking back, I see that it is alright.  I believe.
